I have a soft ware called Macromedia Fireworks and I use that for colouring a lineart because the textures are much more smoother than MS paint. I have photoshop but the computer my tablet works on isn't strong enough for the software.

I tried downloading SAI but none of the websites work, can you please advise me with another software or maybe a working link for SAI easy paint? I'm sorry to be such a bother >~<

Here are some other free programs that I recommend. By the way, you are certainly not being a bother! If I wanted to know about other art software to establish my art, I would want someone to introduce me to some links too!

GIMP offers the basic PS colors/effects/tools, and I honestly think if someone can master GIMP, they could get the same quality as PS (and better, it is free!).

Open Canvas 1.1 is a really smooth painting program like Coreal Painter except it takes up tiny space on the computer and is really easy to use. You do not really need a tablet to use it. If SAI does not work for you, you could always try Open Canvas 1.1 for coloring.

Paint.net is a really basic better-than-MS-Paint version that provides the basic resizing, typing, coloring tools, but it is not as extensive as PS or GIMP. However, if you are always struggling with annoying resizing/basic colors/shading, you could always try this one.

Pdf stands for "Portable Document Format," so it is more of a file format document file than an image file.

There are ways to convert pdf. to jpeg though! You can download a free art software called GIMP. Here are the instructions:
