Everyone, it is my turn to take leave of Fanart Central.
College has become too hectic now that I am entering my senior year. I am also in the premedical track, so the tasks will only build up! Do you know how long I have been on FAC? 6 years. That makes me all the more reluctant to go, but I must go. I am not cutting ties; I am letting them fall, and if any of you guys find me again someway somehow, I will surely pick them up again. However, for now, let me get adjusted to simply concentrating on my own life as a regular artist and student.
It was fantastic getting to know all of you. I faved, commented, complimented, critiqued, argued, and laughed with too many of you to count. I started as a total noob and finished as a site helper. I did what I could in my time here - it was tedious, but I was proud of it. Do not ever ever stop drawing, guys! You know what you guys have, every single one of you, is special. Never let it go.

not sure if that suggestion thing is still going but i didn't think of this till now: the story section, i write my stories on word so that i can do other things with them and its just easier to have it there as a backup, but the problem is when i copy and paste here, all the little marks ( , " ' ) turn into boxes with little 9's in them or something and it's a pain to go back through (especially if it like 2k words) and fix it. is there anything that could be done about that?sorry for it being long

Sorry for the wait. I looked at the approval panel to see if you had any pictures in need of approving. As long as you did not do anything suspension/ban-worthy on FAC, your auto-approve should not have been taken (unless it is a bug). Did you figure this out because you attempted to submit a picture, and it went into the approval panel instead of directly into your gallery?
Please note that:
1. Some picture categories are "monitored" for trolling and organization purposes, so even if you have auto-approve, the picture you submit that is under that category will go into the approval panel (Comic coverpages is one of these monitored categories)
2. If your picture is too large, it goes into the approval panel anyways so we can tell you to resize it. If you notice your picture is too big, just go ahead and submit a resized version of your picture and let us reject the other unresized version

I think the biggest reason I did not want to join your contest was because I was not interested in your topic in addition to my lack of time (you asked me in the middle of my school semester). Also, the last contest I won from you, I do not think you even finished your prizes for me...For Victor and Lizzy, who I have not spoken to in forever, their contest theme is actually original/interesting, so I will push myself. Plus, now, Summer classes just ended, so I do have a tiny bit more time. Even with that though, I can only work on it little by little each day. Also, they have higher quality of art (which really is a magnet for contestants) and might possibly draw on time.
Do not feel offended. I am really picky with my contests. -And who I work with. GOD DDDANG IT, I NEED TO WoRK ON REN'S CONTEST PRIZE.
