That's awesome! I'd love to go to Okinawa! Supposedly, my older cousin and I are going to Japan in a couple years, actually! I'm hoping to be fluent by then.

lol, I know. If it wasn't a girl's name, he'd still be 'Ryouko'. 'Yuji' came from Shakugan no Shana, plus the name of one of my favorite game designers (Yuji Naka, Sonic's co-creator). 'Kimihiro' was from xxxHolic; Kojiro from Negima and Bamboo Blade. wow, naminmg people is fun! lol, who would have thought?

I'm that way with books. If there's no more books to read, I definitely feel a void. lol. Seriously, we need to keep you in pencil lead! (as in, make sure you have some, not store you in it like carbonite or something Xp)

Maybe you've got the problem I do. I get asked if I'm going to be a writer because of my fics. I always say no, because then I might not be able to enjoy in the way I used to. It's a 'job', not 'fun'.

I hope not. Oh, I forgot- work had been really bad, too. I'd had threats against me, and by the end of the season I had finally had enough. My job is actually pretty abusive, as I'm basically getting paid to be bullied while babysitting drunken, mouthy, violent idiots. It just wears on you -_-' I was so miserable and tired that I guess a collapse was just unavoidable.

Let's see...I like introducing myself, because my name actually works out phonetically alright. I like writing all kinds of Kanji. It's like a secret code (with 2700 every day characters, of which I know 75...it's gonna take a while! XD) In general, it's a beautiful language. If you ever get the chance to listen to two native speakers, absolutely take a listen! It's amazing!

I've been mean to my poor Oc, whose name has changed a bunch. I went from 'Ekyt' to 'Ryouko' to 'Kimihiro' to 'Yuji' (my fave) to 'Kojiro' (my second fave). But I've actually let him get the girl once in a while for a change ^^
I can understand that. I used to prefer traditional pencils, but you hit the nail on the head with the mechanicals. The lines don't change size because you don't need to sharpen.
Have you seen the latest pic in my gallery? I think that's the only one I'm remotely proud of ^^
So, have you thought about doing art for a living, if you don't mind my asking?

On and off. Good days and bad. But I haven't had another horrible episode like that, merficully. I've reduced my stress level and feel better for it. Thank you for asking :)

Let's see...I'm on my third year now. I'm not fluent, but I could get around in Japan if I needed to. It's pretty cool, actually ^^

It's frustrating, but when I get something right, it's all worthwhile ^^ My stories have gotten deeper and darker for the most part. It's fun to get away from my usual 'Disney' writing for a bit. it's nothing too extreme, but it makes for a better outlet for stress.
How about you? Picking up the...nuts, what size pencil do you use again? I forget XD

I had a couple scary things like that. As it turned out, I was near a nervous breakdown at one point. I had to drop the accounting class I was taking, and them my other class (Which I was acing up to that point) took a dive and made things worse. I have never been so scared of myself. It was surreal, and in a really nasty, scary way.

my youngest sister moved to Ca in 2010 summer we are supposed to visit her late June 23 after work that day
through the following Wednesday we come back to NJ so i can work the next day she will visit NJ for her birthday around July 19th or 18th i forget when she comes in July 20th is her birthday

lol, dogs do that! They're such attentions hounds. (Wow, really bad joke!) I'm semi-confident. My writing will be okay, but my vocabulary isn't so good yet. It's hard having no one to practice with.

I know how that goes. I took a break from writing because I was afraid of getting Carpal Tunnel. Now I've lost some of my attention to detail. I'm getting it back and editing my fics as I go along. It's like re-learning it completely.

That's true :) Although home also has less peace and quiet between my puppy and Grandma! I'm studying to take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (which means I could put my language skills on a resume), and it's darned chaotic here! But it's fun, too XD
