only if it's so obvious if it's a rip i hate when people uplod art that is already all over Google image search then claim they did it in paint i had to report someone once cuse i found the exact size and such on image search and staff said it was the same

that proves they did not care it was a rip and if they had added a ref and stated they only refed and then colored maybe it would;d have gone differently unlwses staff proved them stolen but no they did find out it was stolen cuse i used tiny pic and reported it to artist abuse
