DAMN TEACHERS!
no, its not debates. i wish it was... there are problems in socety that people want to explain and sociologist make up theories to explain these problems and how they can be solved.
and there 4 sides: functionalism ( socitey work cos of harmony) marxism( soceity is about class struggles) feminism ( women have less power than men) and social action ( the indiviual must be studied to understand the whole of society)
and there are new versions like the neo- marxists and the new right... its all horribly confusing and they all hate each other!
functionalits hate marxists, marxist hate tham back but like feminits and they all hate social action theories!....
well put it this wayi, if they all came to aparty there would be a hell of a fight! at the monet im doing crime and in the other lesson religion!

well i had assembly first thing, when we had a huge fight in class (sociology) about ped..pedfil... about adults having sex with children and whether they should be shot or given help (i was on given help side...) then my other sociology teacher and her cat dieing and then i went home ( at 11! i dont have a singal full day of lessons!) cleaned rabbits, watch tv and revision! *sigh* woot! do you do sociology? its very complex...
