question- can people "claim characters"? because she said and I quote from her profile "I love Naruto and i am a big fan of Sasuke...HE'S MINE! I HAVE CLAIMED HIM...AND KISHIMOTO-sama!" Kishimoto is the creator of Naruto and Sasuke. And most of her fan art is her pic with her and Sasuke.
