Omg Baclava!!!! *mouth waters*I love baclava...
Some time over the summer my friend and I made a Baclava following my Great Grandmama's recipe. She came from Greece. I never got to meet her, though.
Funny thing was I was making it with my Italian best friend (lol)
It's loads of fun, but kind of hard to make, because you have to work so fast or the phyllo will get hard and dry!
I like the recipe with the syrup better than the one with the honey. Though we never remember to use rosewater in the recipe... but it always turns out alright ^_^
