Well first of all this will be easy because I'm a teacher a history teacher but a part time art teacher.Secound of all I'm geting marred and you are like my *Wife* in a lot of ways,and your my friend so I will help you.Ok well it's really easy there are 5 steps.1.Draw pic on paper.
2.Scan pic to PAINT.(If you don't know where to go on paint to scan it go to file,From scaner or camera.)
3.Zoom in(Go to veiw,Zoom,Large Size)and once you have zoomed in out line the drawing with the black paint brush tool.
4.Ones it's out lined pick your colors(To lighten or darken color double cleck on the color than go to the side of the box that comes up and change it as you wish)There will be white lines that are between the Line and the color get all of the white out.
5.Than put shadows in by makeing the color that you used darker(It would be better if you put where you whant the shadows to be on your original drawing the one off of the computer)
Ok I know thats a lot but thats how I do it.This will take hours if you do it right but as you can see it is worth it.Have fun and if you have any questions about this I mean ANY just ask me and I'll do my best to help.I hope this helps.^^
