Glad to hear it, I knew I hadn't been clear. I was half distracted when I was writing.

I hate to be mean, but if you won't even take the courtesy of reading to catch up...well, that's rude by itself. Ultimate character, two kekkaigenkais, from the future, and curse marks...that's ludicrious.

I was thinking about the RP, maybe something like this:

-Post time skip
-Each person takes on two chars: either two cannon, or one cannon, one OC
-No ultimate chars
-Follow something like the original story- Naruto targetd by Akatsuki, while hunting Orochimaru
-The story itself deviates and becomes our own. Maybe we start out with Ryouko and Kiba mending their relationship slightly, but maintaining a rivalry.

Vague, but something like that?

I'll post right after you do on the current RP. I was thinking- I could add a link to your website in my sig, if it's cool with you.

D'oh, forgot- Hang in there, things'll perk up for you after the move.

btw, I know my suggestion sounds a little...asshole-ish, but it's pretty obvious the new girl didn't bother to read what was going on, or where everyone was. Hence the reason for the 'bugger off kid' thing, lol.

No insistence, just an opinion :) You could say otherwise easily. I'm just saying that picking up an old RP gets...stale.

As for how to deal with this newcomer, how about something like this:

Kiba: (blinks) Interesting...don't worry, I won't say anything about what I saw, if you don't say anything about what you might have heard...

Or something like that. Then I could fire back with:

Ryouko: So much for secrecy. Might I suggest a change of scenery, Kiba? I'd like to keep this conversation quiet. The others can have fun talking with this kid. Follow me...

Then we pick up where we left off. Maybe we should brainstorm the new RP...you have more credibility at the forums than I do, although I'm not adverse to creating the new topic myself. We can just be clear about who we'll accept and who we won't.

Something like that, maybe? Your call amigo.

Personally, I think that we should finish this RP on this site before we transfer over. Things might get lost in translation. I think we should transfer over and start fresh, but finish the current RP- even end it prematurely.

That gave me an idea- you and I start a new RP here, and use it as a means to get attention for your new site by boasting the whole 'no ultimate chars' thing.

As for the current situation...she/he can't be talking to you and I, so we should ignore him/her, and let those left in the Hokage's office deal with him/her, until we have no choice but to deal with him/her.

Aw heck, I'm gonna answer real quick (Read previous post first).

One sensei was from my dojo. I hate this guy. He talks funny, and acts like he's a legend. He's not, as he got his butt handed to him in a sparring match shortly after he tried to giving me advice.

Him: Well, we're going to work on your tournament kata
Me: I don't have one.
Him: Well, we'll do this one.
Me: I'm not going back, you know? I didn't enjoy it...
Him: Because you lost. Losing isn't fun, but you have to roll with it. Now-
Me: I don't care I lost. I didn't do my best. That's my problem.
Him: Well, we'll work on your kata and you'll win next time.
me: I don't care about katas, I care about sparring. And either way, I'm not going back.
Him: Oh, you will.
Me: Not gonna hapen. (Shrug) I just didn't like it.
Him: Well, you will, and next time you'll be ready.
Me: No...I won't be ready because I'm not going. And I'm just going to bow out now.
Him: Hm. (mutters: Quitter).
Me: (mutters: Douche bag.)

Skill is the basis for judgement, you're absolutely right. My mentality was this: I went to a tournament to spar (with rules that were THE absolute drizzling shoot), only to find myself pitted against tree-man the fifth degree nationally-ranked champion. People told me 'you did so well!' BUt the fact is, win or lose, I didn't do my best. What made me mad was that people thought I was a sore loser because I was silent after the match. Guess they don't subscribe to meditation...or just being pissed off about not doing well enough. (And having the summanadog judge not award me a point! lol)

Anyway, rant aside, you're right. I guess ego also transcends death.

btw, RP-wise- for the part where we go the Mello vs. Near route, IF Ryouko's partner is a choice kunoichi, I thought about ahving him 'fess up to liking them. What do you think?
