Howdy all. I am Echo. Some of you may know or remember me as Kiba or A1, but that time has passed and with that I am now Echo. Anyway, I live with my partner here in San Jose, CA. Rules:1. No unlimited chakra. Chakra can be replenished by a jutsu or by food pills only (Max supply of 3 food pills per combatant)
2. As long as the combatant has chakra and a counter, the duel isn't over except by proctor's determination or one combatant submitting.
3. Ninja tools/summons are legal. Summoning takes a toll on chakra, no matter what it is, big or small.
4. Proctor will issue reminders of chakra levels when necessary.
5. Chakra must be used to fight. If you're out of chakra, you must replenish it at that turn.
I knew you'd recipricate the question. Hmm...when I first met you, I got intelligent, astute, and genuine. If that makes any sense. I also sensed you were older than me, but I couldn't tell the margin.
