Howdy all. I am Echo. Some of you may know or remember me as Kiba or A1, but that time has passed and with that I am now Echo. Anyway, I live with my partner here in San Jose, CA. Kayla was supposed to be the good-natured, average girl, with a passion for wanting the attention of boys that don't really like her (ala Shikamaru and, at first, Chakaro). She was based on your typical 16 year old cheerleader type, except she's got an uncharacteristic soft and innocent side. She was a hard one. Still is.
I don't think Naruto has a time frame. They walk around, no TVs or Phones. But then, there's the giant scoreboard for the chunin exams. And in the first Naruto movie, where did the movie theatre come from? Everything's in scrolls, except Jiraiya's book. And yet, it all fits...wow.
