I originally found them in the journal of an artist I followed to da. And I decided to do them too ... but there's actually a site where you can sign up officially, here. I've also got it in my journal on da. But it is really quite fun, and it really helps you improve as an artist. Because there are a few particularly difficult ones. xD;

I've got lotsa stuff written, I'm just ... too lazy ... and I've got much too much bloody homework. xD; Which I should be doing right now ... (dies)

You have to find an oekaki board. Some boards are fanlistings; some are free draw... Most you need to register for, and that'll take some time. (Possibly; some registration is automatic)
Oekaki works with... well, I use Paint BBS, which is one of the simplest, so it only uses 2 layers. But I think ShiPainter or something has more.... Google for some tutorials, I guess. Sorreh. :> It's just basically an online, community-style photoshop, with much much simplified tools. (But still all you need to create masterpieces :3 )
Anyway, I think KeroKero is all public-access oekaki board... HeKzBoX Oekaki too, which I've stopped by a few times. Go out and find a board for you! :3
Maybe a stop by Oekakiart.com will help. I dunno.

Oh, no. Have you used oekaki before? It's a completely separate, online program. You 'use' an oekaki board by signing up to a board and then drawing in an explorer window, online. It's fun. :>
