nya! i couldnt find any minto cosplay under $119 which is about £70! buuuut....

i could easilycut off the bit at the top and make it like mints!!! (also seeing as the dress is a little long, i could trim it a bit, and use the exess material to make the other poofy bits!!! eg, garter, arm thingies, and sooooo on!) ni dont know what i will do aboutthe the wings and the tail though! (she had to be a bird didnt she?!?! >:-( evil dog! ) anywhoo i guess i could use crepe paper and maybe paper mache!!!! but you will have to help me, miss crafty glittery expert!!!! or i will end up plastering my fringe to the wall and then i will be so very sad... :(

ps: i give up on finding a wig, i will just dye my hair blue... i have some blue hairspray somewhereee... hmmmm....
