Hello there,
If you have stumbled across this art profile, it means that you have embarked into the crazy mind of Avali (Jai Wo)!!! I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I once learned from a good friend that you should never start a sketch book or online gallery without an Artist Statement- something profound and distinct that you want viewers to know about your artwork. So in respect to you, me, and this online gallery, I will do just that!
When it comes to personality, I like to stay positive, up beat,sunshine-happy, and inspiring which is often portrayed in my artwork. Color is the pinnacle of most of my works, but my style mainly evolves around whimsical designs that are also a fettish of mine. Through my artwork (or messy random sketches), I try to explore different nationalities and cultures with a brightness and excitement of learning. And I like to give a feeling through my style that hopefully encourages my viewers to stop and think about the world around them a little bit differently.
Even though most of my stuff is sketchy and random gibberish, I truly hope that you draw a sense of inspiration or postiveness from my gallery, and feel happy and beautiful for yourself. It may sound cheesy, but if my artwork can brighten someone else's day, that gives me all the more reason to continue what I'm doing.
I don't know if I've given this artist statement justice, but I hope you enjoy my gallery!

Okay, so I know I just got around to updating and everything. I even revamped my profile page. But unfortunately, I wont be here as an active FAC member any longer. I plan on having this profile up for a while, and I may upload things from time to time, but I recently updated myself to a DeviantART gallery. I really wanted to start fresh with a new gallery so that I can continue to grow and develop my work, but its difficult to do that when there's two galleries, a website, and photobucket gallery to keep up with. So to condense my internet niche, I'm announcing that I am leaving FAC.
I want to thank all of the friends and views who took time to view my work and give their consent. Without you, I wouldn't have gotten this far. If you would like to see more of my new work, simply go to my website. (I'll be posting there quite a lot.) And I'll be putting a link to my DA page here soon.

Yeah...it was awesome...just seeing Davie hack at the guy..by the way, what's the name of the guitarist, the one with half blonde half black hair ? I never managed to figure that out >.>Might go to London eh ? That's so awesome !! I'd love to go to London...it's one of those places I always wanted to visit..I'm going to New York in May though..which is special for me because yeah...anything outside of canada not inhabited by polar bears is special X|
Ooh, guess what ! I went shopping now, because I really needed shoes...I got some sketchers for the summer, they're uber comfy and so cute ^_^ and then I found this pair of hush puppies that was soooo comfy and looked really nice...but I didn't feel right buying them because they were made of leather...so I got a similar, non leather pair instead..
And my pic ? Well hopefully *shifty eyes* you'll find out soon enough...It's just one of those things I come up with on my wierd days...and I kind of adapted it to this passage out of one of my favorite poems...yep

I was on youube watching AFI videos ( love the band ) and there was this one where Davie was singing, and he was really close to the crowd. One of the spectator saw it as an cough opportunity and..grabbed at his *cough* more intimate parts... Davie punched him...then smacked him with the mike, screamed at him and gave him the finger before returning to his singing ROLF It's hilarious...
I'm exausted now, had a long day..but my hand is feeling much better, I can touch things and even hold a pencil now ^_^ Hopefully I'll get some more sketching done. I have one pic that I'd like to finish, but I can't get the darned foot right >.> I think I'm going to try coloring it with paints...

(for the picture and everything, hahaha) And I can imagine how much you love it, you talk with such sincerity and excitement, it's hard to miss!! ^^ I'm just glad it all turned out ok.
Aww, I suddenly feel less alone!! Other people also suffer with Geometry, not just little old me!! TwT I don't know if it's a good thing to share your pain with someone, but it's so much better then handling it alone. Actually, I found algebra easier. Maybe it's just the company who makes the math texts, I have no idea.
Yeah. I wanted to go with the other driving instructor, but he quit. xDDD If I actually did pull off a stunt like that, she'd eat me alive when she caught me again. But the dreaded Wednesday is over, so I'm doing alright now. I just have one more class with the scary lady and then it's all over. And yes, she does pig out on jellybeans. =P Awww, you have to wait a whole nother year? That stinks. When's your birthday? (sorry, is that getting to personal?)

Heh, well it's nice to know that someone misses me!!! I do a lot of missing myself, but I never know if other people do the missing toward me. (ha ha, how's that for a sentence) So, in other words, thank you for missing me!!! ^^UWell, I'm doing ok. I swear, school is going to be the death of me. I have never had so much trouble with math... EVER. Geometry really is killing me.... slowly. And I feel so stupid over it too, because everyone else understands it just fine. Maybe I'm just... I don't know, "special" or something. xP
Anways, that's me. How are you, my dear? Ah. Busy. My life hasn't been calm either, very hectic. I'm in a drivers training course... and I literally got the instructor from hell. I did. Seriously. She sits beside me, eats jellybeans (which really makes her breath smell and I swear it's like her life goal to breath in my face) and over uses her break pedal. It's disgusting. I mean, if I go just ONE kilometer over the speed limit, it's like WHOA!!! SLAM ON THE BREAKS AND BASH MY FACE INTO THE DASHBOARD!!! Another of her life goals is to break my nose. It is. I swear it.
Hah, well let me tell you, it was mighty fine hearing from you!!! And that comment you left on my picture... T^T Easily the best comment I've EVER gotten. Truly, seriously, honestly. (which I have yet to reply too)
