Don't worry, you didn't offend me in any way, it's nice to konw other's opinions about things. So, the '90 version of POTO is the one with Charles Dance playing Erik! I've heard about this version once or twice, but I wasn't sure about it (thanks for the info, it helped a lot). But yes, I agree with you, a lot of people love the 2004 movie only because they portrayed Erik as 'greek god' and all, but... well, I can't deny I enjoyed it. A lot. But the difference is that I had the opportunity of reading the book first, so before watching the movie I already knew the true story, the characters, their personalities and stuff, so I could not only enjoy it but also criticize. It's definitely not the best version of the POTO story, but in the end, it has its good points. I'm not a big fan of the book or the 2004 movie, but what I really like is the "essence": the love triangle, the music, the sorrow, the loss... that's what makes it beautiful in my opinion.

I'm terribly biased with Shakespeare. I really am. Like, in Julius Caesar, I loathe Brutus with a passion, because he hurt Antony. In an emotional sense, of course. Basically, I pick my favorites, and automatically hate anyone who does anythign bad to them. Cassius is a real -nnnng- as well.

I read the play, Romeo and Juliet, and drew my conclusion from there. Therefore, Tybalt is a... meanie. Or, at least that's my opinion.

Well, the story is about a planet called Xinara, the world is shared bewteen four differnt races, angels, demons, elves & fairys.

Soon the world will be destoryed because of evil over-lords and other beings that are a threat to man-kind.
Its said in myth, one day, one would be chosen to save everyone and give a better futrure for all.
When a baby is born, if a blue fairy is the first thing he/or she sees then that would mean that the baby is the chosen one.
That baby was Lynxie.
Luna could sense the incredible healing and magic powers that Lynxie was born with.

Y'know, really the adventures are ment to start from when she is only just a kid, maybe I should draw her as a child.
This destiny of hers is ment to be very, very long.
Thats why she ages to her teens.

Thanks for the comments. I'm glad you like the comic ^_^ (I don't know which one of my comics you're talking about though ^^). The stuff I'm doing recently (the Naruto comics) are just fun things I'm doing off to the side of my main project.

I'm not sure what kind of tips I can give. I'm mainly around FAC these days to post those Naruto comics in the hopes that they'll entertain a few people ^_^.

I guess a good piece of advice I've learned is that "A perfect drawing is impossible so there's no point in killing yourself trying to make one."

That and the old cliches of "working hard" and "constant practice" apply as well.


I suppose those "tips" are kind of boring, but they're good I think. :)
