I'm a huge fan of Sonic the Hedgehog. The interest started in July 2001, when I was 11. I did not draw Sonic until I was 12. Over the past 5 years, all of my Sonic drawings grew more and more sophisticated.

If you're asking me why I started my interest in Sonic, it had a few elements. I did not have a Sega Genesis until October 2003, and this was back in July 2001 (read above). I wanted to play this Wheel of Fortune (I flippin' love that show) game for the Genesis, even though now it doesn't look any more sophisticated than the new Computer stuff to me. I go to my cousin, and he gives me his Genesis for a while. He also gives me his game collection for the Genesis. Two of the games were Sonic 2, and Sonic & Knuckles. I really liked them. That was when my interest, soon to become a huge love, began.

For those who wonder why I named myself germanname, it's because my last name is German. Since its spelled GENAME, many pronounced it juh-name, but it's actually pronounced gah-name under German standards. My ancestors arrived at the US shortly after the Civil War ended, and I have never been outside the US. My online name actually was the result of an accident. I received this writing award in 2003, and not only my name was misprounced, it was spelled GERNAME. In 2005, I remembered that accident and also learned my last name was German (a GErman NAME). It was originnaly spelled with one N, but many sites already had a germaname user, so I added another N. If germanname was also taken on a site (which happened when I registered for YouTube), I added my birth year of 1990 at the end of it. The rest is history.

It's been quite a while since I last submitted anything here, the site where I made my internet debut. From now on, I'm submitting to my DeviantArt account, but if I find a submission to be special, it will be posted here.

Here is a history of the SCSD wheels
1975 Trial Hower: Rainbow
1975 first permanent hour: The gold big wheel
1977: gold walls become red
1979 pink pricedown $ and the green sections are added to the wheel, in 1981 two dots are added for contestants to stand on
1986: the superball $ replace the original ones inn 1994 the dots are replaced by the red carpet from the davidson version, in 2001 the carpet recieves a gold trim and a G-T asterisk over by the scoreboard
2008 version 1: a purple version of the 1981 wheel but with 2 raised silver $ and the scoreboard is now actually on the wheel instead of on a post with 5 and 15 changing (the actual # not the section) from blue to green
2008 version 2: basically an orange version of the spininig pannel wall of the turntable, the carpet now has orange squares going across the outside border and the asterisk has become orange with another asterisk being added in front of the wheel itself recently.

I understand that meanings can be lost. Now I'm not saying that you never read the rules, but just try to make sure you follow them next time. It's real easy to get lost with doing things, but as long as you're respectful, which I'm certain you are, chances are they'll listen to you and understand. I'm glad they got you back.

It's okay. It could be better. Good news is a pic of Amy I uploaded to a VGGTS World group a couple weeks ago finally landed on the site itself.

Bad news, however, is that my computer's hard drive broke down early Monday morning, and I sent it over to Geek Squad later that day. They're trying to recover some data from it that's very important to me. I'm using my dad's computer to type this. Whether or not Geek Squad recovers the data, I'm still getting my computer back, and I'm also planning to buy another computer soon.

I'm feeling good. I just started my summer sememster at college, taking English 102. The teacher's is very humorous and fun to get along with.

Also, this guy over at YouTube is creating a site about the Polish version of Wheel of Fortune, and he's asked me to make some wheels based off a February 2009 episode. They'll be up here soon.

I shall. I know the color's some type of brown, despite many B&W photos from the Shopper's Bazaar pilot. If I can see how light or dark of a gray it is from the photo, that's about how light or dark's the brown's going to be.

Well, my love for GTS all started with Disney's Alice in Wonderland, back when I was just 6. When Sonic came into my life in 2001, I eventually wanted to see Sonic and Tails change size. My wish was fulfilled when I saw AOSTH's "Honey I Shrunk the Hedgehog," and "Too Tall Tails."

Then of course came Amy, Sonia, Rouge, Tikal, Cosmo and all the other Sonic gals I didn't mention. Did I want to see them change size too? What makes you think the answer would be no?

Well if you search WOFI Boards, I think you'll see them.

I have this one other series I dub Wedge Wedgies, where the wedges interact with one another. Yes, there is going to be a bit of language involed (especially from the Bankrupt wedge), although it's partially censored. So if you're a big Wheel fan, I do recommend you check it out. I think you should search Wedge Wedgies, and I think you'll get all of them.

I understand the video wall was introduced in 1998, but if you take a look at the score screens and the blue plush mat above them, that's why I put it as 2003.

I'll definitely try the 1994 puzzle board and probably redo the 1995/1996 backdrops from Hawaii. I'll try the Olympic torches, but I'm not sure how well they'll turn out.

I also have the wheel from when Wheel 2000 went across the country. Saturday will be in fact 11 years to the day it came to Chicago along with me meeting David Sadoni in person. I couldn't play the game since I was just 7 and the age requirement was 8 to 14. However, they let me spin the wheel, which resulted in me spinning 1000 points.

If you check my work, you can see that Tammy was a special power that lets her grow or shrink at will. There is no limit to how big or small she can be. Her large size can smash even the toughest walls to pieces (which explains why she's Power Type in Team Europe) and also please Berlin (Speed Type in Team Europe; you can use him too) rather sexually. Even in a giant state, Tammy is a kind and loving being, and enjoys going out with Berlin all the time. Tammy is currently 19 or 20 years old (I need to check that part).

You can also use Russet (Ruh-say) The Bat (Fly Type in Team Europe) if you want to. I believe she's 20 or 21 (again, I need to check that part). Despite being Rouge's cousin, she is more caring and loving than Rouge is. I'm certain even Knux would appreciate her care and understanding.

Well i appreciate it, but the reason why i changed her species was because i think there are too many hedgehogs, bats, echidna's etc. A kangaroo isnt much used, and to my knowledge, never used. Also, i like her better now. Thanks for the comment though, i appreciate it.

I understand what you're saying. I created Tammy (the big fox girl) in 2005; she was a small idea I put down one day that quickly grew into a sensation as big as she could ever be. Berlin is the hedgehog, and the Rouge-like figure is Russet, Rouge's cousin. Even though that will be her normal outfit, there are I believe two pictures of her in other outfits (one is when she goes to a party, and the other if she were to be in Sonic Riders. I tried not to have the pants resemble Amy's).

Well, contest entry depends on the contest. If the contest rules define a specific type of picture that should be drawn, you usually leave a comment or two on the profile of the person who is holding the contest. The first one will say that you are entering the contest (and which one, if the person is having more than one contest). Then, you draw a picture that follows the rules and criteria of the contest, put it on FAC, and leave another comment linking to the picture.

If it's another kind of contest, like a name or caption contest, usually you just leave a comment with your entry on the picture (or the person's profile, if they ask for that).

I don't speak German, but my great-granfather, or his father maybe, came from Germany like a short while after the end of the Civil War. In Germany, the name was spelled GNEHM (as you can see on my FAC avatar). In America, the spelling changed to GENAME. Recently, I thought of a joke to use on my American last name. Put the letters R, M, A, and N between GE and NAME, and you get my account on this site. I wish I could use one N, but on many sites, that was taken already before I could even get the chance.
