Shadow was now blushing brighter red than his quills but he still managed to put his arms around Clover's waist to support her as he deepened the kiss. For the first time since Maria's death, Shadow thought that he had finally found love again.

Gina wrapped her arms around Sonic' neck as he pulled her closer to him as the kiss got deeper and Gina begun to blush a bright red.

ginathehedgehog"R-Realy?" Shadow gulped, shooting up to look at Clover right in the eyes to see the sweet compassion that made him know she was telling the truth. He swallowed herd before pivoting closer to her, his muzzle next to hers.
It's a good thing Gina's not here to ruin it this time Shadow thought as he was so close to Clover that he could feel her breath against his. Scrunching his eyes shut, he finally forced his mouth onto Clover's, closing the gap between the two as he pressed his lips against her's.

Meanwhile, Gina and Sonic were quietly eating their spaghetti and meatballs. Gina giggled as she slurped a piece of spaghetti and it flicked upwards and sauce bounced onto her nose.Sonic laughed alone with her but after a few second, they both got back to eating the delicious spaghetti. Not really looking at the plate, Gina curled some spaghetti around her fork and pulled it to her mouth, not knowing that a the same moment, Sonic was also bringing the same piece of spaghetti to his mouth. They both begun to chew on the spaghetti as it pulled them closer together without them both really noticing and before long, the spaghetti grew so short that the two ended locking lips in a kiss. Suprised at first, Gina stared at Sonic with wide eyes but then grew used to it and closed them to enjoy the kiss. It was an odd kiss, it tasted some-what of tomato sauce but the two hedgehogs took no notice and continued the warm kiss, just being happy to be with one another.

ginathehedgehogShadow again looked away o avoide Clover's eyes. "Umm, y-yes." He said in a small voice whilst placing his hand on top of Clover's. He then plucked enough courage and turned to face Clover seeing her blushing as well but soon hid his face away again.



"Oh wow, this does smell good!" Gina said eying the steaming plate of spaghetti and meatballs in front of the two.

"So have you eaten here before?" Gina asked Sonic admiring him across the table.

ginathehedgehogShadow nodded a thanks to Angel before swallowing hard and walking into Clover's room.
"Clover?" He called scanning the area for her. It was then that he noticed a bulge under the bed covers and a small sniffing sound that sounded somewhat like crying coming from underneath it. "Clover? Is that you?" Shadow asked sympathetically sitting on the side of the bed.


"Hmmm, what kinda food do they serve here?" Gina pondered looking around.

ginathehedgehog"She did?" Shadow asked as he refused to meet Angel's eyes so he stared towards his feet. "um, I think I'll go and see her." He blushed as he slowly made his way to her room. He knocked on the door a couple of times. "Clover?"


"Sure that'd be great! I am quite hungry!" Gina laughed also wondering what happened to Shadow and Clover.

ginathehedgehog"What was all that about?" Shadow asked himself as he stooped down the road with his shoulders slumped. As he walked back to his house, he carefully eyed Clover's house as he passed it only to rush back to it after walking past. He thought for a moment and then eventually went up and knocked on the door, slowly fumbling his gloved fingers together. Afetr a few moments, Angel opened the door.


Meanwhile, Gina and Sonic were heading back to the beach with some charms in their hands for Shadow and Clover. When they reached the sandy spot where they had left the two, they found all the stuff to be gone. Gina stood with her mouth agape.

"Great, they took the food!" She grumbled.


(Daww, poor Clover!)
