"Really?" Shadow grinned right across his face. "That's great news!" He smiled whilst hugging Clover tightly. He then quickly pulled away. "Sorry..." He stated before looking at the sand again.

"I think Shadow might have been kinda mad at me for jumping him and Clover like that so I wanted to give them some alone time." Gina stated. "But whilst were here, I wouldn't mind looking around!" Gina grinned.



(That sounds like an epic story, I can't wait for you to write it! ^^)

Shadow refused to look at Sonic as he commented and instead carried on staring towards the waves. Gina thought she knew what the problem was and felt bad for ruining Shadow and Clover's moment together, she stared coldly at her cone as ice-cream dripped down the side and onto the soft sand sighing to herself.

Shadow didn't know what to do now, the whole conversation was ruined and he had lost all his confidence. Worse yet, Gina and Sonic were sitting between himself and Clover so he couldn't even see her anymore.
"Great, just as I was getting close to her!" He mumbled under his breath. Gina looked thoughtfully at Shadow and grabbing Sonic's hand, she pulled him up stating that her and Sonic were off to the souvenir shop leaving Shadow and Clover alone. As the two walked off, Shadow turned back to Clover and saw her staring at the sand lapping up her ice-cream. He gulped but managed to summon enough courage to shuffle closer to her and speak again.

"Um, so have you thought about joining Team Dark?" He asked in a scared tone afraid that Clover's answer would defy his own.

ginathehedgehogShadow once again blinked hard at Clover's comment. "You'd miss me?" He blushed lightly. "I'd miss you too." He said avoiding Clover's gaze. He then turned to her and leaned towards her, his lips slowly moving towards hers.

"Hey you two, here's your ice-cream!" Gina grinned as she pounced on the two, throwing Shadow off guard and head first into the sand. Sonic trailed behind her carrying all the ice-cream. Once Shadow had managed to pull himself out of the sand, he scowled at his sister for the fact that she'd just ruined his perfect moment. Reluctantly, he snatched his ice-cream out of Sonic's hand, cupping his knees in between one arm and roughly begun to lick his ice-cream throwing a cold stare towards the rolling waves.

Gina blushed but soon returned the passionate kiss. After a while, she felt her hand become slightly sticky, pulling away from Sonic to realise that Shadow and Clover's ice-creams were melting.

"Uh oh, we better get these to Shadow and Clover before there's nothing left!" She giggled taking Sonic's hand with her free one as they both walked across the sand towards Shadow and Clover who seemed to be getting on like a house on fire now.


(Lol that's always the problem I have! X3 But I can't wait for the summary ^^)

"And another 2 chocolates please!" Gina smiled to the ice-cream man. He quickly dished up the four ice-creams and handed them over to the two hedgehogs. Gina instantly dug into a chocolate one leaving her face smothered in chocolate ice-cream.
