Nice description here! I loved Hisako's self-description particularly. The whole "she was better developed in the chest than Sakura, but then who wasn't" part made me lol.

Solid work here. I love Hisako's personality. Especially the "I'm gonna kill Ryouko!" part! It's good that Sakura has someone watching her back. And I always get a kick out of the 'girl time' thing. Since it's not something that I've ever witnessed in rl, it holds a strange fascination for me in fiction. Wait, does that should perverted? Hope not; didn't mean it that way.
Anyway, nice chapter!

I wonder what things your OC is capable of... I will watch Hisako's progress with great interest.

On a negatvie note, the clone jutsu that I think your OC performed (Since crossing her fingers is a big sign) is actually a shadow clone jutsu. Naruto may make it look like nothing becuase of the fox inside him, but that jutsu is a killer in its chakra consumtion and how advanced it is to a regualr clone jutsu.
