DragonGirl1136If you have MS Paint, you can use that. It's pretty simple. You just take the picture onto Paint, go to "Image" and the "Resize/Skew." Then, in the "Resize" part you put in how much smaller you want to make it. For example, if you put in "50" in both of the "Resize" blanks, the picture will be resized to 50% of it's original size. :3
