Ok, when she transforms she says, "Shining Moon Power, Make-UP!!!", she holds a silver cresent moon shaped brooch with a gold star laying on the crsent moon, and her sailor scout skirt, boots, ribbon, and odangoe pins are gold. Her boots, collar that goes into a cape, and gloves are silver. And she has blue heart-shaped odangoes! :3Tell me if u need anymore! :3
