She's a girl from a different clique than Sakura, Hinata, Ino and TenTen. It was mentioned in a precious chapter that she dislikes the girls (When Sasuke and Sakura were in his limo on the way to his house, i think, although i'm not sure.) and it's pretty much because they hang out with the four hottest guys in school. She likes Sasuke. And thanks so much for reviewing!

ah, ok. Well, dresses really depend on the school. A lot of schools have rules about what you can and can't wear, even thought it's under a gown. My school's rules were no strapless, and they preferred that we got white dresses since the girls gowns were white. That kind of thing.
